1) Simply go to our product page.

2) Upload a photo that you wish to turn into the artwork then simply hit "Add to cart", then hit "Checkout".

3) Add your delivery information, then hit "Continue to shipping".

4) Select the available shipping option and hit "Continue to payment".

5) Select and insert your payment details, then hit "Pay now".

After we have received your order along with your uploaded photo, our designer team will create a string art preview to your email for approval. Once it has been approved, or we have not received any response after 24 hours, we will proceed to prepare and ship out your order, this process will typically takes 24-48 hours.

If you have any issue with the preview, our design team will make the required changes until you're satisfied.

Our order process typically takes 2-5 days including designing your preview, getting approval of your preview, making changes on your design, etc.
Orders will take from 5 - 12 days to ship to customers in the US and UK. For the rest of the world, it will usually take up to 7-20 days. Tracking will be provided.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Custom string art kits are made-to-order and are none-refundable. Sometimes (very rarely) we make mistakes, or the activity/picture doesn't turn out to be what as described, and it might be that the only resolution is a refund. Please send us an email or a message on facebook and we will do everything we can to ensure your concerns are answered and the refund process is as smooth as possible.

If the item has been damaged during the delivery, please contact us and we will resend the item as an replacement to you for free!

We care deeply about the health and safety of all our customers, as well as their confidence in the safety of our products.

We and our logistic partners (Fedex, USPS etc.) are closely monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) to make sure you can safely enjoy our products.

At this point, our shipping partners are currently operating with the same on-time delivery.

We continue to monitor the situation and in any case of shipping delays we will notify the effected shipments. 

We don't compromise on privacy and security. Our store runs on a comprehensive web platform that is provided by Shopify, a worldwide e-commerce giant that has been in the business for over a decade. You can be assured your credit card information and other personal info is well protected.We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
