What happens if I don't like my order?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your print. We aim to deliver a 5 star product and service.
If you decide to cancel your order, it needs to be done within 24 hours of placing the order, any time longer than that your item will be in the print and quality control process and will be too late to get a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any cancellation requests within these time frames.
If you are in any way unhappy with any DIY string art kit you received, because the order was damaged in transit, we can issue a free replacement, after you have supplied photos of the damaged item and packaging. If you had an error on the order details, we don't accept returns for customer error, or for wrong picture ordered. Please contact email@example.com and customer service will help in this situation.
For Portrait String Art DIY Kit, we don't offer refund if you are dissatisfied with how the final string artwork came out, as you have approved with the preview that we sent you. However, if there's any quality issue on the DIY kit itself, we are happy to issue a free replacement.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund if returned within 30 days after the date the order was received. We don't cover the cost of returns. For refunds or replacements please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve any issues with the order.
There are no refunds or exchanges on our gift cards and they are not redeemable for cash or resale.
